DISCOVERING THE PRESENT MOMENT

THIS IS AN INTRODUCTORY SESSION AHEAD OF THE 8-WEEK MINDFULNESS FOR LIFE COURSE

Sunday 21st April 2024 - 10am - 12.30pm £25 per person

Learning mindfulness is a journey - very often a life-long journey. While the practice has its challenges, it can also be deeply nourishing and transformative to our experience of life. It’s a way of being, in the present moment. This session will introduce you to the power of mindfulness in an experiential way using several different practices, and show you how we can use this way of being in our daily lives.

This session is suitable for those who are completely new to mindfulness or novices with significant experience.
