Do I need to book in advance?

Once a cycle of classes has started it may be possible to drop in or book the day if there are spaces available.

Please contact the teacher directly to check.

If I pay for a cycle of classes and don’t make it to some of them can I have a refund?

No it’s not possible to refund after booking.

How do I book?

Choose a class of your choice and click on the booking link.

What should I wear?

Yoga is practised in bare feet.

Wear something comfortable that’s not too tight or restrictive.

You can get quite warm during practice but then get a bit cooler in relaxation posture, so it’s good idea to have layers.

Can I still practice yoga with medical conditions and/or injuries?

Yes yoga can still be practiced with certain medical conditions and injuries but with modifications where necessary.

Some postures may be contra-indicated with particular conditions.

If you have any medical conditions or injuries you should be sure to let the teacher know before the class or, if you are unsure, before you sign up you can contact us.

 

What should I bring?

We have all the yoga equipment that you will need except a mat so please bring your own mat.

Do I need to come earlier than the advertised class?

Please arrive no sooner than 15 minutes before and no later than 5 minutes before.

Where do I park?

There is lots of on street free parking, 1 hour up until 6pm then unlimited and there are lots of car parks within a few minutes walking distance.

Please note that food should not be consumed for at least 2 hours before practising.
