Helen’s aim in teaching yoga is to instruct a mindful, challenging, and stimulating practice, whilst communicating the valuable messages of Yoga as a philosophy, and not just an exercise routine.

Her primary focus is for students to experience the shift from a turbulent, wandering, erratic mind to a state of stillness, calm and equilibrium. By encouraging students to focus on the quality of the practice, giving attention to the unity of mind, body and breath we move closer to the state of clarity and then we can see what’s possible.

Beu, who is well known amongst the South Lakes community for Thai Yoga massage therapy has recently completed an intensive teacher training in Yoga in Rishikesh, India, Her inspiration to teach is comes from a genuine desire to help others discover their potential through yoga. She is passionate about sharing traditional methods and philosophies of yoga that connect mind, body and breath to establish a strong foundation for maximising potential. Understanding yoga as a lifetime vocation, Beu is excited to continue her own learning journey and share her passion of yoga with you.

For the past 20 years Nell has held an ongoing love of yoga and developed a committed yoga practice. During this time she discovered the healing benefits of a regular yoga practice on a physical, spiritual and emotional level, which led to her interest in training as a yoga teacher. She has been teaching for 3 years.

Bringing a little playfulness to her classes, Nell aims to cultivate a sense of fun and joy , whilst at the same time guiding students to connect with the intelligence and tenderness of their bodies.
